shawn, princess with their family left at 7 last night… we all went to the airport as early as 4pm so we still have time to talk for the last time, take pictures, etc. Some of their relatives, church members and shawny's hiskool classmates were there to see them off. So yea. It was still full of smiles. Actually, mixed feelings.
but there's one funny part. Their flight was at 6:45. The boarding time was 6:30.
well, 6:30 came and it was time to go in na… we said our goodbyes… and i hugged shawn and princess, and we said that we're not gonna cry. but suddenly, we just bursted into tears. grabe na ang pag emote namin when someone suddenly said, "Delayed daw flight nyo for another 30 mins!".
HA?! we ended up laughing again. coz we're the only ones crying. hehe (ibalik and luha, balik!) 
anyway… it was a good thing it was exteneded for 30 mins. We gave each other our keepsakes. Shawn left her treasure box (letters, memories) to me, saying to take care of it, kc babalikan nya daw yun. 
(andaya, naka lock ung diary! :-P) and she gave to me the pieces of notes that we've been writing and passing on, from years ago. and its funny to read it again… may isang "code name" pa nga dun na hindi na namin naremember kung cno yung tinutukoy namin dun! hehehe

7:00 came and its already boarding time… so, we said our FINAL goodbyes. hehehe… we hugged again, but this time sabi namin, na hindi na kmi iiyak (naubos na) hehehe… so…… long tight hugzzz!!! i didnt feel anything that time. i was like numb. its like… i dunno what to feel.
then when they were far off na, going in… thats when i broke down. its like something strucked me all of the sudden. all of those memories we had kept playing in my head as they were going in the airport… that i cant hold back my tears, and i just bursted out crying. 
those who were left comforted me… coz they can understand…
its hard. its really hard.
so thats my story… :-(

happy sabbath!!! 
i've finally settled down… my room was a complete mess for the past 3 days… got aircon installed… they had to make a place for it that they drove a hole in the wall… so dust, chips of cement were everywhere… so i had to clean and dust off everything today. even yesterday was still a mess that i didn't sleep in my room. but everythings all nice and cleaned up now. i did my laundry too and cleaned the house, then cooked for sabbath dinner. yay. im sooo tired. lol
anyway… we had a very nice sabbath dinner. i hope you had too… well, i gotta go, like i said, im soo tired. have a meaningful sabbath everyone!!

monday — uncle jerry and auntie lal (my moms only sis) arrived davao to spend the week with us. it was ate daisy and david's 9th anniversary too. so yea… had a nice dinner at home.
tuesday — planned for a roadtrip to mati (in davao oriental) to spend the night there and go back the following day. but the weather didn't cooperate (still raining)… so it didn't push through. we ladies (mom, auntie, chiye and me) spent the afternoon at the salon instead. lol
wednesday — the sun showed up for the second time in 2007… went to eden and toured uncle and auntie… dad and mom brought me along so they could have someone take their pictures. great. well, at least i got a free buffet lunch good enough… then, had the usual youth bible study in the evening.
thursday — i was bound for SM to do groceries, but i ended up w/ mom, dad, uncle and auntie for lunch at the marco polo… they love bringing me along (kahit na-o-o.p. ako) lol i went to SM after lunch. then we went to the balugo's place in the evening for their despedida dinner… then, we played cards, spoons, etc… fun.
friday — nothing much. went to gai mall to get some pics developed, then went to midtown to get chiye and david's wedding montage album and their blow-up photo. then went home and cooked for sabbath dinner.
saturday — sabbath services… rest… relax… enjoy… etc.
today — the sun showed up at least for a little while… did cleaning… the balugo's sala set, dining set, etc. was brought in today coz mom bought it. the balugos already left their house and temporarily staying at their aunts place until the 28th.
Update on the balugo's status: Supposed to be leaving today, but it turned out that all flights bound for australia from the philippines are all fully booked until the 31st. so, they're gonna extend here for 2 weeks. yay! :-D
anyway, those are some highlights of the week. its already 1:35 am. we just finished playing memory game and estimate w/ cheryl and david. so yea, i better be going na… have a wonderful week everybody!!
