At Last!
Alright… yay! im updating! hehehehehe
here is my first attempt on making empanada. (i had some UL dough leftovers so i made it into that.) i was just experimenting on the stuffings… i put beef, potatoes, carrots and raisins… hehe 
i know this has been reaally long overdue… but was very busy… the week prior to DUB was hectic… and if i ever got some spare time… i wouldn’t know what to say.
anyway… today’s the Last Day of Unleavened Bread… time really flies so fast!! then we also have the camp preparation after this… aaah!
our holy day service will start at 10am today… and right now its already 8:43 am. hehehe. so this will be short.
we are going to sing for special music this afternoon (”If we truly Belive”) - Me, Isis, Charlie, Chekhov, Rex Hart, and Elton… and maybe add Charmaine and Cheryl I. if they wanna join too! we just start practicing last night…
anyway.. i have to go! i’ll update a lil more soon.
